Identity Data (Customers Only): When you sign into our download center as a customer, we collect your email address provided automatically through Microsoft’s secure authentication service. We use your email as the primary identifier and do not request additional personal information.

Access Logs (Customers Only): When you sign in to our download center, limited technical information—such as IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps—is automatically logged as part of Microsoft’s authentication process to operate and secure our file access services. These logs are reviewed only as necessary for security monitoring, investigating suspected fraud or misuse, or technical troubleshooting.

Website Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand general website usage and improve site functionality. Google Analytics collects information such as IP address, device type, browser information, pages visited, and usage timestamps. This information is used only for internal business purposes and is not used for advertising, cross‑site tracking, or selling personal data.
